Hello World!

Over the last few months, I have been on a journey of self discovery. With 2017 already in full swing, I figured why not try something new? Now, I know you may be thinking, what is she up to? Bold & Free is a health and lifestyle blog that was created with you in mind. I am very passionate about living a satisfying and healthy life. This blog is all about positivity, trying new things, learning something different and having fun. I hope you laugh with me as I try cooking new recipes, attempt new workout regimens and do activities outside of my comfort zone.

I will be focusing on a new theme each month. Each post in that month will be related to the theme. You can expect to read about new recipes that I have tried, fitness tips, natural beauty hacks and guest appearances related to that theme. I am so excited to be sharing my thoughts on health with you and I would love your feedback. This blog is for you so if you want to read about a certain subject or want me to try a new recipe, let me know! The more feedback I get, the better this blog can be for you.

A lot of Americans make fitness goals as a part of their New Year’s Resolutions. So, I figured I would focus on fitness for the month of January to help keep the motivation up. I understand the value of staying active and I want this to be fun for you. Stay tuned for next week’s post about cardio dance workouts. Are they actually easy to follow or is it an epic fail waiting to happen?

Be bold to live free, xo Aimée

PS. Take a look at the Recipes section for two awesome recipes this week – Ginger Pear Boost & Creamy Sweet Potato Soup!

I want to give a huge shout out to my lovely sister, Alyssa, for helping me wrangle my thoughts for this blog and bringing the design to life. Alyssa, I could not have done this without you! I also want to thank my friend, Patricia, whose photos are featured in this blog. What a lovely job you did and I am very appreciative of you! If anyone is interested in her work, let me know and I will get you in touch!
